Roof Construction to Impact Access Near Nanotechnology Research Center and Fine Arts

Beginning this week, PATS will install barricades to prepare for two campus roof construction projects. Construction teams are scheduled to begin moving equipment into the work areas on Monday, August 10.

The following areas will be affected:

Nanotechnology Research Center

  • Barricades will be installed at multiple access points surrounding the building.
  • The designated construction staging and dumpster area will occupy parking spaces adjacent to the north side of the building.
  • Through traffic will remain open as indicated, but drivers should expect modified traffic patterns and use caution when traveling through the area.

Fine Arts (Greek Row Access)

  • Barricades will restrict access from the west entrance along Greek Row Drive.
  • A designated construction staging and dumpster area will be established adjacent to the Fine Arts building.
  • Motorists should follow posted signage and use alternate access routes as needed.

Please allow extra travel time, watch for construction personnel and equipment, and follow all temporary traffic control devices while work is underway.
